Yeah, I know about it, my brother is on there, but I'm not. We have to share the car right now, so I'm planning to buy a 240 so I don't have to share that crappy car with him; but for now, it was a free car, so you take what you can get.

fanatic,

The 01 Altima SE is my second car.

My first was an '88 Camry V6 LE. Light blue. I loved that car until my dad smacked it up pretty good (drove it up a curb at 50 mph!!!) Power windows, mirrors, doorlock, sunroof. Hubbies, no alloys. Dark blue velour. I had one of the better cars when I was going to school at New Jersey Institute of Tech.

Retired at 160k miles.

If my dad didn't had the accident, I would probably be still driving it now to see if I can hit 200k miles. I would have probably started putting on the mild mods (WAI, custom catback, high flo cat). It was in great condition before the accident.

We had a 88 Camry too, but it was only a 4 cyl. which meant it had like less than 100hp, and still weighed quite a bit. Needless to say, it was really slow, but its transportation. And the suspension was shot too, only way you could get it to spin the tires was by turning because the car leaned over so much. Had a nice sound to the engine though.

My Camry was fast when the tranny was finally rebuilt properly. My car went through trannies like toilet paper. I had no luck with tranny shops. It sucked. I think I went threw 3 rebuilt trannies

The only other gripe I had about the car was the body roll and feel of understeer. I was a bit nervous taking turns to quick.

The back seat was the best, if you get my drift.

Yeah, I know what you're talking about

But yeah, the understeer sucked, I probably coulda gotten it on two wheels pretty easy if I tried hard enough.

I know the 4-cyl had 115 hp peak. And the 185-70-14 tires didn't help it's handling.

The V6 was 153 hp peak, and had 195-60-15 tires.

I bet you the All-Trac models were really slow as ****. Those were only on the 4-cyl.

Those sections will come in handy when the site gets even bigger, so deal with it.
