How come it wont let me post on Altimas.net?

How come it wont let me post on Altimas.net?
it keeps on saying that " the administrato wont allow you to post every 30 seconds...." WTF its my FIRST post, ****

its confusing the hell outta me tho, i cant tell if people are posting things or not cause the posts wont go in order. cant wait till tomorrow when itll be back to normal
