I bought a house.

Ok so i bought a house last week no more renting for me. 3 bed room 2 full bath and a 2 car garage. I got one of the guest rooms set up with some of my things im goin to use that room till the fiance moves in with the rest of our things. and now i have a place to work on the car. and from the looks of it i got some parts that need to go on. Thanks guys i think im goin to pull all the carpet and do wood fls dont know just yet. as for a party i keep a lot of "real beer" on hand not any of the free country usa big 3 crap so im up for a beer anytime might just find me in the back yard watching the grass grow.

Nice house man, I just bought one back in Dec, isn't it nice to not rent anymore?

Also, I DO NOT recommend doing wood floors, too much maintenance, and if you don't do the maintenance they turn to crap. But to each his own I suppose

Thanks Guys Ya my rent in my last app was 815 and i still had to pay all the bills. this is way cheaper got the house for 98k and 4.7% ;-) im just happy i got a place to work on cars.

Actually, Im feeling bummed out because I shoulda held my ground and bought a sedan instead of the coupe. And the more I look, the more I want to kick myself because there are so many people out there right now with M3 sedans that are asking for about 50-100 bucks more per month than what Im paying for, for way more car.

Lets just say that I woulda had two more doors with the world's best V8 ever made for about $50-100 more than what I pay right now per month for BMW's second best 3 series car.
