Personally i like the srt4, it beats almost every stocked nissan car, but i still love nissan over all. But i wish that nissan would start producing mo cheaper and faster production cars. Dodge already has the srt4 and the new razor.

Eh Sport Compat said it has a faster 1/4 mile than the 350Z?!?! ***** like that makes me wanna cry* And is it just me or the front kinda look like a WRX *but then again could be just the headlight* But personally that rear end has to go b4 u can even make me think of getting one. Then again its a freakin chrysler...

Dodge made the new neon with tuners in mind. They hope it will become a popular tuner car...like the civic i guess...too bad... I guess the domestics want to get in on the sport compact scene. I give dodge props for putting out a nice performing neon, even though it does look kinda ugly.
The draw of the new neon to tuners would be the good starting platform and hopefully cheaper parts. Generally its cheaper to buy parts for domestics than imports.
It does have more potential than the civic I would say.

Dodge did do the right thing with the new Neon and I think the reliability will not be and issue becaused they have been turboed that same engine in Mexico for a few years now, so reliability should be normal domestic quality (so so quality). But, Dodge did skimp on a few things like the turbo/manifold is just that.. It's all one-piece.. what was Dodge smoking? Those 2.4l's are pretty stout, I've seen them running 13's on no engine mods except for a wet nitrous kit, which is pretty impressive to turn a mid 16 second car at best to a 13 second, Mustang Raper. And also there are plenty of aftermarket companies (Hahn racecraft) that has been turboing the neon for quite some time with reasonable results. Just, don't go expecting nissan or honda reliability with any domestic... but, it's gonna hurt some SR20 owners in a drag.
