Yeah that's been in the works for almost a year now... so lame they're not even Japanese, it's Chinese.

Takumi, Ryosuke, etc. are not Chinese.
The White Comet is not "Ryosuke Chan".
Takumi delivers Tofu, not Egg Rolls.

Props to the Chinese homies for getting the cars right... still looks interesting to watch, but IMO it's not as "pure" as if it was Japanese-made.

A for effort though. ROFL

I'm not hating Chou... I'm cool with Chinese - just like Eddie AHAHA!

Initial D is great... just as long as you realize that it's still a cartoon - not real life (like all those newbs who bought hachi's only to crash them on the touge thinking they automatically become Pro because they have the same car Takumi does LOL)

BTW DO NOT BUY THE TOKYOPOP DVDS. I haven't stated this enough. Go for the Japanese version with subtitles.

The movie will be good as long as america kept its hand out of it. but
man it kinda makes it bad for those who were into drifiting befor it came to the states on a large platform. i personaly fell in love with drifting after mistakenly downloading a BMI vid when i was lookin for **** on a p2p network one night . that was about 2 years befor it came here, and i practiced hard at like 3 in the morning alone. but at the same time just as in drag u can see who knows how to drive and who thinks they can drive.

of course they will have subs, but i rather read cause every time english comes in the meaning seems to get twisted a lil

you think it's bad? Wait til FnF3 comes in the summer so Vin Deisel can ruin the reputation of drifting too.
