is it just me or is it me?

ever since i joined s-chassis.com, or then club240.com i've looked at the numbers and dates of most users on the site at any one point . i noticed that the recent numbers were weak compared to those of say 3 or 4 years ago. this past week i was not able to drop in and check things out. today however i noticed that the number of users was up to 300. 300 people were on here the 14th of this month. i was not one of them, so i occurred to me that i might be the problem. i might be the reason why the number of posts and members were so low.

or not idk i just wanted to see if anyone else ever noticed the sudden increase in attendance.

the numbers are growing but it's still a far cry from the 145,XXX members and nearly 12,000 that were on sherdog.net at once. that's site has haters from all over the world. it's not uncommon for threads to go 20,30 or more pages deep. the problem is that more often than not the replies are nothing more than, "go kill yourself" , "your mom should have aborted you", "are you really that stupid" and so forth.

it's not a friendly place but always good for a laugh or two. btw actually i think it is you tripp.

to many posts end up going off topic... also when a thread goes 30+ pages deep, not many people are going to want to read through all the pages just to figure out whats going on...
a build thread, should stay a build thread, not end up as a chat with an occasional new part being installed thread

yea most of the guest are bots.. and i personally hate forums that lock you out if you dont have an account... really kills members.. cause many people hate to register if they just wanna check things out

about 1 billion of those members however all are guys that came expecting the silver spoon... one guy gave him a link with a comment and or told them to search and they ran away,

I'm still off the heels of Spring Break, so I'm here

I mostly troll around until there's something important for me to say, or a topic to be moved/locked/deleted, though. Lol.

i'm thinking it's lurkers other than what was it 2 years ago, we never had a spam problem. there were however a bunch of noobs and haters back in the day though.

Wow, that many guests? At least Charles and crew fixed the spam bot problem.

And yeah, other sites tell you to register in order to browse around. My other forum, you can browse around, but you cant post until you register. But even the little pop up thingy annoys people at times.
