scratch that.....temp sensor didnt do anything....but i keep finding problems for example

on the other hand the timing belt and water pump look ok

oh man. i love mr2s. i dream of a hardtop mr2 with a gen 3 3sgte. but i'll probably never pull the trigger. i don't own one, and i already know it'll sit on jackstands 80% of the time.

YOKATTA!!!!!! so my car runs right.... the crank angle sensor was the problem.. heres a quick vid of how it sounds with the turbo elbow and downpipe.

Sounds like your turbo's leaking, you check the gaskets?

either that or you got your boost turned up =)

the turbos not leaking dude. that sound where the motor just gets louder is the wastegate opening. its supposed to do that

fix the boost leak and get the CAS all set up and stuff man.

timing is spot on.....no more boost leaks.... cars idling at like 1600.....X____X ugh

k well im tired of my car failing mechanically so i decided to clean some other stuff up. and i got a nardi wheel in amazing condition for very very cheap and im relocating the pillar gauges to the ac vent. then paint!!!

will post up pics later tonight or tomarrow

the first time i started up my sr20 it idled at like 2000 because the throttle body was stuck open, maybe yours got bent open or something
