Well, I'll give you a bit of advice, stay away. Gas prices are up, emissions are stricter than Cali, and NY sucks.

Def. stricter. What they're sdoing for 2004: If your car has an OBDII port, they plug somethign into that and chack everything. Also, if your car has a check engine light, no inspection. It's hard to explain.
