Live for Speed race simulator
Who else plays it? .... i played it a while back and then stopped and even then was impressed with it... the attention to detail in the tuning arena was unbelievable. even more functions then the beloved GT series.
i later learned why the PC games were able to do what it did.. way more resources then console games. Im not a PC gamer so.... i didn't know this
i just recently downloaded Live For Speed Alpha S2 addition with Y patch. i must say its nice as hell.. cars sounds good, shifting is on point and tuning is a real as it gets next to getting out on the track. many F1 drivers use this game along with a full scale hydraulic simulator to test tracks out.
things i like
-real life clutch system ( meaning you can stall a car out, you can clutch kick etc etc)
-damage that will end your day
-multiple view angles and custom camera
-full out suspension tuning
-full out rear end tuning
-live online play 24hrs a day
-No computer aids full out real physics
-Auto-X , Skid pad , parking lot and drag mode

ps
your system doesn't require much to play it. I play it flawlessly with the following specs on my beater laptop
1gig of ram
1.60ghz processor
Mobile ATI radeon 9600 series

yea dude they are awesome.... I didn't jump on it.. but man It took GT to a whole other level.
in live for speed the force feedback is lacking... but its still very responsive and accurate.
The G27 just came out not to long ago.. so the 25's are cheaper.
