All the article said was TNN must stop using the "Spike TV" name pending the trial. If Spike Lee loses the trial he must pay $500,000 to Viacom to cover loses contributed to the delay of their name change..... Big deal... He's still gonna lose the trial and $500,000. What a b!tch. :laugh:
