being that i'm too lazy to read the article right now....i'll just say.....TNN is going to Spike TV June 16. the adds are all over the TV
if spike lee won i dont think they'd be advertising it still......and before the case they weren't giving the date of the switch

All the article said was TNN must stop using the "Spike TV" name pending the trial. If Spike Lee loses the trial he must pay $500,000 to Viacom to cover loses contributed to the delay of their name change..... Big deal... He's still gonna lose the trial and $500,000. What a b!tch.
