mma fans where you at?
i just got done watching ufc 79, yarennoka!, and k1 premium 2007 on various sites. what a way to end the year. most of the fights on all three cards were great but my favorite would have to be ishida vs melendez on yarennoka!

when the ufc first got started it was banned in cali so i didn't get to see much of it. i really got into it in 2001 when i first saw pride fc. but being that i wrestled in high school i've always loved completion between two people. man i miss picking guy up and slamming them on there head.
those were the days, now i have to live out my fantasies watching the fights instead of being in them.

Fighting just got legalized here in NC, but when I lived in Georgia I knew Cole Miller who is in the UFC now and was on TUF5. Can't wait to see him fight again at Fight Night. His fight against Leonard Garcia was amazing. Now all I have to look forward in terms of big names is Brock Lesner getting his butt kicked and a BJ Penn fight which should be good.

i don't buy into all the lesner hype. yes he is a very well decorated college wrestler and wrestles tend to do well in mma. but he's going up against a guy that is a great grappler.
as for bj i don't care for him at all.
