Did it resemble anime to anyone else? If you have ever seen any ninja or sword anime you will see the resemblance. Especially in the scenes where blood shoots like 10ft in the air.

I also thought the animation scenes were on a whole other level.
Can't wait for volume 2.
Yea, it did to me. And the animations were great..i really loved this movie and probably ganna see it another time.

the animation was good, but i guess i was expecting more...umm...proportion. other than that, the movie was awesome! and yes, i feel the feet part was necessary. the bride was incapacitated for four years and her limbs had atrophied. i thought it was great that tarantino included that level of detail into the movie.
