My conversation with a Dell Technician

Well, I contatced Dell via their chat service because my Blu-Ray drive in my laptop wasnt working. The dude took control of my computer and fixed it, but look at this convo.

I put the disk in and it will spin it, but the drive doesnt show up in My Computer. In the device manager it says there is no driver for it, but on Dell's website there is no driver for me to download for it

And when he was controlling my computer, be brought up word pad and was talking to me. He was like "if this fixes it im demanding a promotion from my boss" lol.

lol when he brought up word pad and was talking to me with that on my computer he was using a lot of shorthand and emoticons and kept calling me "dude" lol. It was nice for a change i guess.
