Need4Speed:U Online Patch (NO CD Crack WANTED!)
Hey, I've got NFS:U working and all but i went to play online and with the patch it makes u get to play it requires the CD to be in there? I downloaded the game, so I do not have the CD of course, before the patch I had a "crack" to play it without the CD but do any of you have a crack to play with out CD online?

Uhmmm..have u searched for Cracks on google and on kazaa? Or the place you downloadeD it?

i figure that's gonna be a tough thing to find.
it's been my experience w/"not quite legal" software that most of the time, the trade off for CD free play is lack of online play. every single game (with online play) that i've used a noCD patch on lost the online play capability. as a matter of fact, i've never been able to even host a network (internet or LAN) game w/o a CD in the drive. i usually play the single person version (cracked) until the game is old news and then buy it for like $10 and beat up the online play feature. i guess i'm cheap and patient...

sorry, didnt mean to flame... becoming a game developer really changes what you think of piracey.. and... i just dont like the neon.. great car for what its worth.. but it... wait ill shut up.. sorry again...
btw, cracks take a week or two to come out, and then 2 - 3 months befor they make a crack playable online...
