being here as long as i have i've seen an occupational influx of new members only to have them disappear shortly after. i fully understand that s-chassis is not highly regarded by many nor am i in any way implying that people should put a halt to their lives just to post here. i would like to know who you people () would say was a member that is worthy of mentioning. why you ask? because i don't have anything better to do right now that's why.

 

Your post is a little confusing but yeah. I really miss the one mod that had the animae owl as his avatar... totally forgot who it was. This forum used to be full of regular posters. At one point it probably had more traffic than some of the other large 240 boards.

 

yea..... I have seen a lot come and go. Primarily people leave becuase they dont get the spoon.

 

i'll agree that that is the case with some but not all. for example there was ruizXIII i believe he went by. he seemed to know a fair amount yet disappeared for no apparent reason. it's strange because he would make like 20 post a day. 3/4 of those post were none seance but he kept this place busy. i wouldn't be surprised though if he's incarcerated and that's why he's been away.

then there's projectcheap13 i think i was, he was one of very few who were improving the kae. i believe he and i joined club240 around the same but my job and other commitments (gf) kept me away for about 2 years. i later he had health problems so i'm not sure what happened to him. then there's all the heartbreaks. the list goes on and on of people who for one reason or another just don't post here anymore.

all these guy might still post on other forums or just out grew the forums or are too busy with life to post. but these are people who were active longer than those who just want attention. whatever their reasons are is fine to each his own i just think they should be acknowledged for their contributions.

As long as i have internet access and im not doing things in reality im online. Forums are just a way of staying in the loop to me.

i come and go..... a lot, but seeing as i don't have a 240 anymore doesn't necessarily mean ill leave too. might see me making a post once in a while

 

lol i hate my 240 somtimes but then ill do somthing stupid like untangle the mess of wires the previous owner did to the speakers and make my radio work and im happy again lol.

 

you know i was just going to say RuizXIII hasnt been around but i see he's remembered by more than just me. he bought my stock lip about a year or so ago and that was the last i heard fom him.

 

I need to spend more time here. I bought another car, two actually. e30's been getting more love lately.
