I saw it (and got to sit in it ) at the st. louis auto show on saturday. Its awesome. and they are saying 280+ hp stock. It will slaughter anything under 6 figs with a sequential twin turbo. obliteration. Its gonna be SICK!

sinfestboy - what are you talking about having sequential twin turbos??? the 350 Z won't not for a while at least.

I would never put a V8 in a miata.. it would totally throw the balance of the car off. what makes that car sick is how it goes around corners.. Insane times at auto-x's

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the 1 series Bimmer is confirmed, no longer a rumor.. but my memory may be shot.

I think the 350Z is gonna put nissan back in the game. Base price being only $26,200. With 280 hp.. GOOD GOD. That will sell like CRAZY. My roomate just paid that much for his RSX, and it would be stomped in EVERY category but the Z car.

Well in a article last year there was rumored to be some x-Mazda racing team guy working with Mazda of Australia to build a factory turbo model Miata. Never heard of what came of that but in a country where you can still buy a V8 powered Ford Falcon, LS1 powered sedans from Holden, and a RB30DETT GTR then anything is possible. Gotta give credit to those crazy guys south of the equator. They come up with some cool ****. Ever see the pics of that one guys home made V8 powered go cart? It still had the stock hard rubber tires on it. Now that would of been a fun ride to show off to your friends. Wanna see my kids go cart? It does the 1/4mi in 9 seconds.

I like it. Nissan needs something big in the sports car category. Hopefully this puts Nissan back on the map..

Yeah, now if only they would make the SE-R RWD, along with the new Altima, or the Maxima.

RWD? G35

I've heard that the 6th gen Maxima would be going RWD on a stretched L31 Altima platform... SE-R? I think it should stay FWD to compete with the other FWD's (Si, SVT).
