If I drive with people in my car (CALI) in the 6 months period and get caught what are the consequences??

searcing on the DMV site found this http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/hdbk/pgs76thru78.htm if this aint it then search for "Provisional License" IS this ur permit or ur license and the 6 month thing after?

 

When you get your license you cannot drive people around untill 6 months AFTER you get the license, what I think is stupid, is that you get to drive people around when you have your learners permit, I look at it as when you get your license you trade off for not being able to drive your friends around you just get to drive by ur self, I just want to know what the penelty is for vilating ther 6 Month rule?

oh, Get your license pulled away till ur 18. not 100% sure but thats what i remember..

 

Thats what I heard to, that is the stpidest thing ive ever heard but it makes since kids do, do stupider stuff when they are with there friends, I couldnt live with my license lost till im 18 lol cars are my life, I wish someone knew for sure.

my friend got caught and he packed 6 people in a benz but he jus got a ticket and went to court.
i supposed u can get ur license suspended until ur 18

but im guessin it really jus all depends on the cops and the judge

drive all the people u want in ur car, jus dont look suspicious or do anything stupid that'll get u caught and u should be fine

btw im not tellin u to break the law

 

Well I just need more input, cuz like if I want to go to the mall, I dont want to go alone, I dontmean all the time. I only mean like one person. When I drive im not gonna open it up and gunn it all the way either lol.

dont get pulled over or dont give cops any reason to n u will be fine
lest say if a cop pulls u over for a broken bulb and find ur 6 months isnt up they mite let u pass
or say ur speedin and they pull u over they mite not be so nice n let u pass with a warning
again im jus sayin its depends on the cop and judge(if it even comes to this)

 

First time I got pulled over after I got my license was 2 months into the provisional period. It was 2am and I had my friend with me... uh oh, I was scared ****less, but he pulled me over cuz I crossed the botz dotz a couple times just goofin off in my moms beater truck, he never looked at my license, or any of the normal stuff, he just made me look at a pen and move my eyes around to see if i was drunk,

then about a month ago I got pulled over in the same area, same truck, same reason, ahhh memories
