um... well with my MRV-1507 (the big'un), running on tiny *** 8 gauge wire, people said they could faintly hear the bassline coming from my acura almost half a mile away.... in the 240 though, im gonna run 2 awg from the batt to my 3 farad powercap, then 2 awg to the 1507, and 4 awg to the mrv-t757...

Yeah you gotta watch the eBay markets as they fluctuate on a daily basis. I lucked out and saw the 1507 on ebay 20 mins after he listed it with a "buy it now" price of 200... so i bought it. I thought it was all good till i went to hook it up to my subs, and bridged the channels only to find that the screw hole had been stripped out on the + side of the bridge... so its ghettofied right now. The 757 i got for 160, and the only thing wrong with it is it is missing the "V-12" plate thingy... but my 1507 is missing it too, but its all good. I would recommend alpine amps to anyone, cuz theyre severely underrated. I would put money on my 1507 pushing more than 1kW rms... it POUNDS

Thats pretty cool...im only running 8 gauge but im also only getting about 400 RMS from my amp...people can hear me for quite a few blocks..maybe about a little less than a 1/4 mile away or so surprisingly...Pretty good for a lil kicker L5 12 inch...

Total cost=500 with box and the amp. I installed it myself of course...I didnt want to get raped

The lightning audio is pushing around 35 RMS to each of the components up front and the coxials in the rear both infiniti reference. Alpine HU...

Sounds great and I get plenty of compliments, but I want MORE though...
