I second the motion
and on a second note, miatas arent bad looking... but man are they sissy... omg they are so underpowered they make civics look like skylines... im sorry, but if youre gonna drive a miata, make sure you can at least get to highway speeds in a timely manner

 

i cant stand miatas, but i gotta give them respect because they (the turbo ones) kick my as all the time at auto cross events. . .

A stock Miata could beat a Civic any day. A Miata owns because of the RWD anyways. I wish Santiago was here to back me up. Miata + Hard-top + Roll bar = Kickass little Rwd beast!

 

Well the stock 0-60 of 9-9.5 seconds isn't exactly a beast. RWD is a plus though. At one time I wanted a Miata, but than I changed my mind fast cause: A little girly, slow, a little girly, slow, and would need some work to make it look relatively not girly. And I would only take a black one.

 

I would take a white: hardtop, rollbar, exhause etc.., front & rear lip, and skirts. Then i would do the sleepy eye trick.

 

yeah i have to give props for rwd...thats hard to find nowadays, and drifting in a fwd is like putting a big wing on a civic... its just not right

 

Yup. If it was fwd it wouldnt be worth anything.

 

well greddy makes a stage two turbo kit for 1600 for the 1.6 liter that will easaly be enough power for that car and there light as a fether and very nimble i would take on anyday small compact and can be made fast cheap ...

 

I like this miata from http://www.running-free.org/html/ind...=asc&start=120 Hardtop, stripped interior, simple and clean car. They kick *** on autocross and mountain runs because they can handle great. Add the dimension of the car.....it's real compact

 

Yeah they're import racer brand made by jada toys but who else makes 240s. My other addiction. I've got a few more 240s but didn't wanna take them out of the box. Also have numerous Zs, and different other cars. Using it as a collectors item

I have a buddy w/a 93 Miata rigged with a 50 shot... u should see the faces of stang drivers when they're taken by this little underachiever. The car is very formidable, running on a downhill with winding turns, it'd be interesting to see a race between one of these, a CRX and even a ferrari (juss for kicks).

can you count the number of times you've seen a 6 foot plus 200+ lb. big dude crammed into one these things? They barely fit and look like they're about to snap the shifter everytime they shift! Tuna in a can anyone?

 

I want one of those cars! Manly Miata man isnt here to deffend his many Miata.
