Picture of the Day
Yeah, an Alteza is the JDM version of the IS300. I remember he had a red s13 hatch at one time too.
edit: lol, he's always wrecking. Random stuff:

I want a gold s13 coupe and paint the bottom half black two-tone.

Fat guy's theory of rice
For my 240th post, i decided to post the Fat Guy's Theory of Rice© lol. So anyways this is how it goes.
Rice can be any of many aftermarket parts used to dress up a car. This can include wings, bodykits(yours may not qualify), steel wheels, interior neons, exterior neons, big mufflers(see description for qualifications), scoops or any kind, carbon fiber "look" shift *****, and any other useless piece of equipment used to make a car LOOK fast. Wings should be no larger than 30" unless for a true racing application. Outrageous bodykits are automatically rice. Those black steel wheels which are supposed to have hubcaps are rice. Interior neons are utterly useles along with underglow neons and are therefore qualified as rice. The exception to the case would be if your car is fast enough to back up those neons. Mufflers with a tip diameter of or over 4" should be deemed rice, unless the car has forced induction, in which case whatever performs best flies. All non functioning scoops and scoops which have no apparent effect shall be deemed rice. Anything that is carbon fiber "look" meaning not truly carbon fiber. This would include those stupid shift ***** that have the "carbon fiber" sticker crap on it, or those retarded windsheild wipers. Pillar gauge pods whose gauges are non functional, redundant or distasteful is considered rice. Those who do function, or plan on having them work in the near future will not be considered rice. Oversized tachometers shall be considered rice. "Oversize" would be anything large enough to spot while driving down the freeway. Euro blue headlight bulbs are rice, no matter what. Blue bulbs are annoying and have no affect on visibility. HID blue tint bulbs are exempt from this, provided they are TRUE HID bulbs. Overly flashy rims, hereafeter known as "bling" rims will be outlawed as rice. Vinyl stickers used in excess shall be considered rice. Any car whose total surface area is more than 33% covered in vinyl shall be considered rice. A car who is sponsored and/or has all parts advertised by those vinyl stickers may be exempt from this rule. Cars with non functioning motor swaps shall be considered rice. Cars with a whistler put into their muffler to make it sound turbo shall be destroyed in front of the owner for an extreme offense to the code of rice.
Of course all of these may be exempt under certain conditions. For instance, if rice is used very sparingly on the car in favor of performance, then it may be exempt. If the cost of performance parts on the car to rice parts drops below a 1.25:1 ratio, the car will not be exempt from any of the afore mentioned rules. If your car has excessive rice, removal must be prompt or it shall be punished under full extent of the law of common courtesy.
Thats all for now... if you wanna add, go ahead and post it, ill add it to the list, provided it fits in with the whole scheme of things.

that is a great write up. see a lot of the things apply to my car but my car also had all the exception(ie: gauge pods: functional, Real HID's, and a muffle tip over 4 inches: sr20det.)
its still a real good write up
its still a real good write up
exactly why i put in exceptions. Like for example, your gauge pods, they serve as valuable information, dummy lights are stupid and only come on when its too late. I wouldnt think that you would put them on just to look cool, a sr20 needs to be monitored at all times
