So I gotta pass inspection before the end of October...time crunch... and I got everything fixed and up to par the past few weeks.

Today I went into the a place to get it done, and they said they won't even touch it cause the Vin #is missing from my dash. I'm like F***

Last year the guys at on of the shops out here passed it. This year they're taking picts. I might be f-ed. AHHHH!!!

 

if they took pics odds are they also informed the local authorities about a possibly stolen car.

 

Ohh snap...I found the dude that passed me last year, and he passed me. My break light was out and I fixed the wiring right in front of him and he gave me my papers. I just got my new stickers today. No problems...I'm so relieved. Sa-weet!

As far as the stolen car stuff, I don't know if anything will happen now cause they passed me and didn't have to. I also have papers of the original sale of the car at the original Nissan dealership in LA when it was brand new. Plus I have some papers of several different owners of the car too. We'll c. If they won't let me keep it legal then track car it is!!!

 

Ya i have no vin on my dash cuz my dash is oem NEW!!! sorry just felt like trying to be cool ;-( and here in oklahoma we have zero inspection ;-).

no no no hahaha i got an oem dash from nissan cost me $800 dont know if its true but the guy on the phone had to go look to see if it was even there said it was in the comp that they had one left but he needed to look ;-) lucky for me it was there.

 

Why would you pay $800 for a dash?

 

cuz *** it im cool like that. and after 2 used ones that cracked on me why not just get a new one its my DD not my race car... just want a fun and fast DD that i could track if i wanted. hell i had my hatch that was my track car but sold it to one of my friends they are a dime so ya

got stance gr+ and got some cheap ricer rims on that i like, got my motor just about where i want it just have the inside and paint and body left to do. i looked at it this way i spend the most time inside my car so i might as well make it nice
