i just want some opinions on the 200sx se-r (95 model..not sure wat gen)..has anyone driven one? how's it handle and overall speed and stuff (i noe it doesn't hav much power...140hp and 137tq)..are there any pros and cons? i noe its club240 but if i ask on a 200sx board i'll get biased opinions..thanx

btw i only plan on doing suspension mods and i'm more interested in handling and such for a car..not really power

 

200sx SE-R's are B14's. I haven't driven one, but IIRC most people say it's better to get a older SE-R or preferbly even a NX2000. That's a performance point of view though.

 

yea i've heard the b13's are better too..any reason y tho?

 

The B13's were lighter other than that I dunno. I know Nx's were the best because they had a lower center of gravity, stiffer suspension, a LSD, and bigger brakes compared to the B13 SE-R.

 

My bro has just the SE and I like that, its a pretty fun ride, and its got a ton of miles on it and he hasnt really had any problems with it (knock on wood).

 

yea...but center of gravity and stiffer suspension can all be fixed with aftermarket coilovers...all se-r came with lsd

 

No the NX actually has a lower roof. Oh and sorry I forgot all SE-R's had a LSD...

 

I got an idea. Buy a 240!!

 

yea i want one more than anything but its too hard to find one in good condition with low miles and i need a car really soon since my other one is broken tranny and it's not worth fixing
