This is a true story. . . LOL!

Oh, and the maintenance on my car isn't as bad as one may think, not price wise anyway . . .yes . . .it does cost a bit more, but I do believe that you get what you pay for; I love the feeling of out powering, out handling and out driving vehicles in my bone stock 540i. It's just a great feeling when turbo'd Mazda's, Toyota's, Honda's, Chevy's, etc pull up to me, pull a little and slow down next to me, and all I do is smile, let a little chuckle out and relax as my right foot commands their car behind mine. Oh man and the feeling of driving through the twisties and being in a "big car" or a "boat" and having cars falter to your stock handling . . .ahhhhh . . .good times . . . .The Ultimate Driving Machine.

hahahahahahahahaha serves him right! Sometimes these guys get the misnomer that the wide-grille means "move aside" if I'm going to try to top my speedo, I at least have the common courtesy to approach, double tap the high beams, if no response, I go around all while maintaining a suitable following distance, usually 2-7 car lengths depending on the speed...

hahahaha When people tailgate me like that, I just let off the gas n slow down, then they get closer, so i slow down more and get them mad..especially if we get to a stoplight and theyre still behind me, if its in a neighborhood Ill stay in 1st

oh yeah, note: stig did not mention nissans at all...I wonder why?

because I don't like fighting . . . . I don't want to hear the "but my SR this" or "my RB will do that" truth of the matter is, that's all well and good, and truthfully, if modification isn't a factor, a turbo RB S13 would mop the floor with my 540i . . . .if I happen to supercharge however . . . .well . . . .that's a different story all together . . .turbocharge, well then then we start talking about a different beast that I doubt many cars can actually comprehend the acceleration and top speed of.

*sigh*

And I won't get into it with all the owners of these fabulous Nissans that have put Chevrolet engine's inside of their vehicles. That's like me putting a Viper V10 into my car and saying "I bet my car is faster than yours" of course it is, LMAO! It's got a V10 in it, it BETTER be or you got some splainin to do Lucy, HAHAHAHAHA!

I never said the 240 isn't a great car, I like the 240sx . . . love it . . . other wise I wouldn't be here, however, some of these owners have to realize that there's a difference in class of these two automakers . . . the BMW simply outclasses the 240sx and that's why I will continue to drive them.

Now . . . .if I get some extra cash flow in the year or two following the completion of my track car . . . .I would love to buy a Zenki S14 and have some fun with it.

^^^alright i think i understand the Stig now. He's the Senior that would rather sit at the junior table (s-chassis table) and pick on us because our cars are "inferior", instead of going to the Senior table (german sports car's) himself, because they would whoop his ***.

since we are on the subject, i REALLY want a Porsche 930 (911 turbo 1975 – 1989) but you can get a boxter for cheaper.

^ Well, I really, really want a bmw M1. But because of it's amazing resale value, I could get a brand new or used GT3 RS for not much more.

^^^my friend justin's dad has a white 1986 930 Turbo. That car is AMAZING. It tried to make the brains exit my cranium through my ears once. It runs 3 full bars of boost (around 42lbs.). I'll post pics as soon as i get over to his house.

LOL! I'm an active member of Bimmer Forums and Club Bimmer (a forum started by my friend Mitch, just starting out but should pick up the pace) I have no issue with other Bimmer owners or forums in which bimmer owners are present. I've just been a very active member of Club 240, still enjoy the S Chassis and like this forum and it's members.

You guys are taking something that happened to me and turning it around, all I did was make a post in the OFF TOPIC thread of Club 240 about my car, and the flame-jobs began, LOL! I understand that this is a SILVIA/240sx thread, however, don't make ME seem like the bad guy because I own a higher level car. That's like putting me down for owning a Ferrari or Porsche.
