Oh I am, all that I'm waiting is to see if the bank will approve the loan, if not, I'll go back for a lower amount and get the same sort of car, just a little early and a different color.

My alternates are silver, yellow and black. If I can't get that one, I'll definitely try to get one in Yellow . . .those who know me from my days in Japan know the reason behind that . . .

Donny (biggamehit) would laugh his butt off if I pulled up in a yellow S2000, HAHAHA!

Don't hate the guy for wanting an uber bad*** dd that he will probably decide he would rather track, then ends up in the exact situation that he began with! Though tracking anything that you have a loan on would not be smart lol, so I have a feeling this would stay a daily driver.

blah. don't buy an ap2. it's a great car no doubt, but buy an 03 ap1. they are much better.

stiffer suspension. 2.0 motor, with a 9k redline. the 2.2 has the same cams and all, and revs only to 8k (as you already know). i found the ap2 less enjoyable to drive than an ap1 and i drove them back to back. plus the ap1 has a quicker ratio front steering rack. It's the same rack that comes on the new s2k cr.

s2k is a great car (all of 'em ap1 or ap2). GREAT CAR! i want to sell my 240 and buy one myself but i probably won't.

if you have the pennies and are willing to take on the extra expense of owning one, buy an nsx.

Either way you're making better and better car purchases.

the corolla couldn't compare to your miata, and your miata will not compare to the s2k, and the s2k will not compare to the nsx.

Yeah, AP1 is the jam. And I hear from people who own both nsx and s2k that s2k is more "fun" to drive.

fun is hard to define. but i could see why people say that.

when i drove my first nsx, it changed how i viewed cars so i value it more than an s2k.

my dream cars are the following:

exige (i will buy for sure)
nsx ( i will probably buy)
ferrari (no model given because i don't know what'll be out when i have $ for one, but you can count on it being mid engine )
993 911, but i really like the 997s too, but i'll own a 911 eventually. maybe even an old one.

I notice an engine drivetrain pattern going on here,
