a few days ago.. i was pushin my crap out so hard.. practically nothing came out and my nose started bleeding.. maybe cuz of all the blood that rushes to my head when i push??

 

seriously, I don't know whats worse, the fact that this happened, or the fact you actually posted this.

if you must know...the reason u got a nosebleed is because when you "push", you dont breath, and when you dont breath, the blood stops circulating, and it all goes to and stays in your head...the overload of blood affects some people more than others, and it may cause some to bleed...like you...
