i was due for testing back in dec 06. i went in and told the guy the deal and he wavied all fees and then when i went to the line a tuner spotted me and told me " bro just pull around your getting wavied becuase your ride height is sexy"

also my car has No emissions equipment at all lol

so i went to get inline and in MD if your car is to low they waive you

dude the same just happened to me in my civic, i got pulled over and the cop said that my tags have been suspended since feburary because i never did emissions so i went and said i never got the notice so they took off the fines and the car was too low to fit on the thing so i got a 2 year waiver

If I am reading this correctly, basically if your car is slammed they are too lazy to check?

 

na its not that they are lazy. if a car is damaged in the state of MD they ( the testers) will pay for it.

for most part they just take a mirror and look under the car but since i am Military they just let me go.

 

yea they have to put it on these rollers like a dyno and if it cant make it on it the waive you

 

so then they just let you go w/o a check and still get your tags?

 

not inspections its emissions.

only thing emissions will do is get you a ticket and a fine for suspended registration.

 

in cali this would probably get you a fix it ticket for you're suspension modification and cause you to not get you're tabs for not passing smog.

but hey that's cali for you.
