-from a financial standpoint, it would be stupid not to resell it. I've flipped a few cars in my life and there is one rule. If you get a car cheap enough, you should sell it. It you were buying it for 7000 and you could sell it for 8000, i would understand, because the car (in your possesion) is worth more to you than the money that would be gained by selling it ($1000). Now if your buying it for 1000 and can sell it for 8000, do it!. You'll have 7000 in your pocket and you've already got a nice car (240sx) to spend it on. You have to choose between having two almost-stock-i-wish-they-were-faster cars and an absolutely ballin' *** 240sx. Seeing that you probably don't even have money to put in your 240, it will be hard to turbo/superC a cobra after you spend another 1K on the car itself.

haha no domestic love? id much rather have my 240 over one tho. i was just giving 240driftfiend some support. since imports arent everybodys game. but i really have seen some nice mustangs. there is a blue cobra in my neighborhood. sits really low, dont expect that out of domestic owners. supercharged 600hp. sounds mean.
