No it does not include the center. if it was included it would have been stated in the other posts and there would have been pictures of it, with the other items. What you see is what you get. a brand new in the box pair of kouki tail lights

LOL you paid for it just a few hours ago.
you paided for Sunday night Japan time. I told you it would ship out on Monday Japan time. its Monday 9am Japan time right now. once it ships out today you will get the tracking number.
