If thats the lip for under the bumper? Does it fit on a 89 S13?? If so I'll take it... I can paypal u if it is the right one..?

 

No that is not the lip for the 89-90. Its the stock lip that comes on all 91-94 S13. I seriously doubt that it would fit the 89-90 front.
