Well, you know what? I was trying my best to get your items to you. And then when you decided you just wanted your money back I decided to do my best to get your money back to you. And yes, for your information I DO keep having problems week after week. I realize that it's not your problem and once again I have been trying my best to get your money to you. And as a matter of fact, I didn't have your money when I sent those emails. What I had planned on doing was going to the pawn shop and pawning some items so that I could pay you. I wasn't able to go yesterday because I couldn't get out of school long enough and when I went today, the guy wouldn't give me enough money to be able to pay you. I have a lot of items for sale on eBay and I was going to pay you as soon as I recieved payment in a sufficient amount. But you know what? You can kiss my a@*! Go ahead and file a claim with paypal and I will refund your money in about a month. I'm tired of dealing with you. It just so happens that a lot of really bad sh*! has happened to me in the last few weeks and has caused a lot of problems for me and I'm just now getting things back on track and you WERE the first one I was going t make things right with. But, since you decided you wanted to plaster this all over the thread and spread our business in front of everyone, I will pay you ONLY when I have no other options. HAVE A NICE DAY!

No, sorry, it hasn't shipped yet. I will be sending it next week. Let me know where you want me to send it. As you can see by reading the last few posts on here I've been having some problems lately. I should have everything straightened out by next week. Sorry for the delay and if you decide you just want your money back I will refund it to you next week. Sorry again for any inconvenience.

Ok, well I'm glad that you replied to let me know what was really going on.. thank you for that.. and I'm sorry that I posted our business on the internet, but seriously, I felt like there was nothing else for me to do - besides wait and see (again) if you were going to come through. Again I am sorry for that.

think about it--If you were in my situation, would you not have felt the same way? maybe/maybe not, but I myself refuse to get scammed by anyone, because it has happened before online. It's really hard sending your money and trusting it to someone over the internet, especially since this isn't even like eBay where it's a whole system. even eBay has it's scammers.. when I kept hearing what seemed like lame excuses (not enought info) i couldn't help but think after every week that passed whether or not you had ripped me off for my money and was never going to send out those seats. Please understand that i'm not putting any offense towards you-- it's just that I don't know you other than your name.

If you truely are a man of your word (and I do hope you are), I'll go with whatever you decide is easiest for you to send out quickest (seats or refund), and this time I trust that it will arrive tnd that I will hear from you when you have sent it/them out.

Once again, my apologies for any misconception or negativity created.

Well, OK. I can understand to a certain extent because I've been ripped off online before too. As far as which I send you (seats or refund) I'll leave that to you. In all honesty the money would be easier because I'll just have to click a couple of buttons and somebody else has already made me another offer on them, but you had the first offer so it's up to you. Unless something else happens, and I don't think there's anything left that hasn't already happened to me in the last couple of weeks, I SHOULD be able to get them to you next week. If there are any more problems (god I hope not....) I will let you know IMMEDIATELY! And again, I'm sorry about the delay.

I have no problem with teh delay, I just want to make sure i'll be at the location you are shipping it to. I will send you an email with the new shipping address shortly.
