your friend doesnt happen to work at an apple store, does he?
a couple friends of mine work at different places in my local mall where an apple store opened up just in time for the holidays, one of my friends co-workers changed jobs to work in that apple store and he said there were at LEAST 4 missing ipods every week.

wow, both new? seems very suspicious.
it's funny, people come in here, say "what do you want to pay for this" some one posts something low, then they get "c'mon that's too low"
so .... people should post what they want for it.
if it was a gift, he's got VERY nice friends to buy TWO ipods. and if he bought it himself, and doesn't want them, he should return it. .. unless apple employees get a good discount (not counting 5 finger)

No my friends doesnt work in the Apple stores..
He got the Ipod, because it was the Christmas Gifts from the family members...
