What is it? These badges means that you are a beginner driver in japan. People use these to protect themselves.
What can you do with it? Put it on your car and show your JDMness or put on your car to show everyone that you are a noob at d day or any track event so when you mess up, they know you are a noob and all mistakes will be forgiven.
