What ups man! I know the feeling, I rarely run across anyone else with a 240sx and even fewer doing any type of tuning or mods. I'm in Flint, where are u at?


I have a guy that says he is willing to buy just the engine. If so, I will be able to sell you the 5-speed transmission which can be picked up in Lansing, MI at the garage doing my engine swap. I'm asking $350 for it.

Man, we have got to get all the people who have 240sx in Michigan together. I've been running with the cats with hondas, eclipses, and evos. Do you go over to Milan to race? Has any of you done an sr20det swap?

The VLSD looks like it's fine but I never used it. I am not sure if it will fit in an open differential housing so you may want to suffer the net to get a good answer. I'm selling it to cover some of the cost for my sr20det swap. Hit me back!

 

I will look it up and let you know if I can get it. I passed on the sr swap and did the ka-t. I used to be with some guys for unleaded racing and we did the whole milan thing. By the way are you about to do the swap your self.

 

No, I wanted to but I don't have my garage set up just yet. I have VT Competition Enginesdoing the install. However, once I get myequipment for my garage I will be doing as much stuff as I can myself.

We were going over to 131 Raceway Park betwen Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, but that is a haul for me to drive home after racing and hanging outall day. We are planning on hitting Milan this summer.

 

why didnt you end up putting the lsd in your ride.

 

This is how I ended up in this situation. I was getting ready to install the LSD when my buddy Nick called an asked "how would you like to have a SR20DET installed" . Of course I said yeah. We had put this great plan together on what it would actually cost; we were wrong. So, I am selling off parts to cover the upfront cost of S-AFC II, Oil Pan, Turbo Timer, Intercooler, Gauges, etc.

Sacrifices have to be made for the greater good of the SR20.
