FS 1996 Nissan 240sx Turbo KA24DET
ITEM - 1996 Nissan 240SX, KA24DET Turbo, Automatic
DESCRIPTION - This car is in good condition; this car is Rear Wheel drive car and fun to drive. I purchased this car 03/03/04 and since I bought it I added a complete custom turbo kit which includes the following including KKK-26 turbo, Intercooler, Custom manifold, Tapped Oil pan, Oil lines, Custom down pipe, Piping for non intercooled setup, Caltech Fuel Management Unit, Tial waste gate, DSM Blow off valve, Sparco and APC gauges and 18 inch Konig Toxxins with Tires. The car should be pushing around 220-240HP on 9 PSI, I have not had a chance to Dyno it but I am pretty confident because the work has been done by H7 Autoworks and thats what the estimated. I spent over $2000 on the turbo kit and $1000 in the rims and tires. The car has a complete Pioneer system that I paid over $500 installed (Pioneer CD/MP3/ Radio Head Unit, Front and Rear Speakers). I have invested just over $3500 in this car since March. The car has minor dings from normal usage. I was planning to re-paint the car completely and add a body kit, but I will leave that to you. The Exterior Paint right now is in overall good condition and the interior is in good condition as well. Since I have done alot of work in the past with H7 Auto works they offered me a deal that I can pass on to the new owner. They offered me a body kit of my choice from a list they have, installations, paint prep(removal of dings), 5 year warranty paint job, wet sand and buff for $1250. This usually runs with them for about $2000 and up.
I mainly bought this car to turn into a show car for myself but with recent personal issues, I am forced to sell the car. I have had the car for almost two months now (1 month and a half in the shop getting the custom turbo kit installed) and have only enjoyed it for 2 weeks. I am the second owner of this wonderful car. Vehicle Condition
Exterior - Body has very minor dings and scratches from normal wear, nothing major. The current pant job is in good condition. Car is well maintained...
Interior - The interior in a excellent condition with normal wear, the drivers seat has a little more wear but in good condition. There are NO dash sun cracks or damaged, interior is well kept. Non-smoking owners. The radio and speakers are brand new and sound great. All electronic components work fine.
Engine - The engine is well kept, recently changed the valve cover gasket, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, Ignition wires, brake pads and filter. The oil was changed when I first bought the car in March and is not due an oil change until June 2004 or 127,013 miles. I have only driven this car for less than 1000 miles. The AC is ice cold.
