Slotted? Cross drilled? Zinc coated? What cars is this available for?

 

Not to bust your jinglies or anything, but why wouldn't someone by a pair of front rotors (@$70) , then a pair of rear rotors (@$70) and save themselves $5 over the 4 rotor set (@$145). Shouldn't the 4 rotor set be like $130 or something?
