FS:NEW TURBO FPBigT28 - low price
Here I have for sale is a sr20det t25 with the www.forcedperformance.net FPBigT28 Upgrade done to it. I ended up selling my Redtop motor and now im parting out most of the parts I have for it.The turbo after the upgrade has never been used because my car never ran because i ended up parting it out before it ran. Its in brand new condition with absolutely no shaft play. I paid $695.00 to upgrade it and that is not including the cost for the core that I had to send in to have it done. "The FP-Big28 uses modified T25 compressor and turbine housings, which means this turbo could trick its mamma into thinking it was a T25. Don't let that cute little shell fool you, however, because on the inside it's 100% pure evil. We carefully selected a compressor and turbine combination that provide massive flow capabilities and very little back pressure. Doesn't sound like a big deal? Did we mention it makes full boost in just a hair over 3000rpm, and holds solid all the way to redline? Now we're cooking with gas. The compressor and turbine are the largest T28 available with 37lb/min flow rate, that is about 550cfm. "
The turbo comes with the stock wastegate actuator and everyone in the pics. This does not include stock oil lines. The thing with this turbo is , that it bolts up to the stock sr20det block with no mods using the stock oil lines. With a S15 T28 turbo one would have to buy adapters to offset the intercooler pipes and the turbo elbow so that everything would line up.This would be less of a hassle and you would save money . i think the disco potato is good for anywhere between 350-420 hp, but im not sure. In my opinion , my turbo for its price , is more back for the buck , but tahts just me
