Hahahaha you are right. This is USDM. I have it in my car. I thought we were talking about HVAC controls.

mph/kph is usdm. Good but still available here.

So I take it you two are coupe owners right?

You can swap out the analog with the digital. You would just need the FSM to explain where to change the wires in the male harness plugs.

I just posted a HUD swap on our site so you can take a look at some of the things that you are in store for here:

This is the unit you got correct?

Fixing is a big hairy donkey dick of a job. Replacing is much better.

You can find one for sale online.

You can convert it to analog. That will take some time and patience but then you will be done with the HUD fry.

You can also go with a techtom mdm100N and call it a day. That is the first way I went when my HUD failed. It was a $300 option. Thing is when the car or HUD fails again I just plug it in and I can see my speed again.

My friends tell me it is easier to drop the column but I just remove the four or so screws holding the garnish and twist it while jockying the column with the tilt handle.

Down, left, up, squeeze, down, left and it should be out.

Hey I was wondering if there are any "aftermarket" clusters out there that will work with a 91 240 fastback. I saw, I don't know if it will work with 240s, a cluster with a single guage in the middle with some type of electonic screen below it. It was in a magazine but I can't seem to find one on the internet. Any help would be apreciated.

I know of the clusters you mentioned. I would watch out for them. I know they are expensive.
