Hey everyone, I got the hook-ups on mandrel bent elbows. I can get almost any size and shape you are looking for. They come in either 304 Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Carbon Steel. The sizes of the piping varies from 1.5" diameter to 8" diameter, and anything in between. The walls come in 3 sizes. 11, 14, or 16 gauge. The bends come in 30, 45, 60, and 90 degree bends. U-bends are available but they would cost a bit more. The bends also come in variable on-center radius sizes (the actual size of the bent piping). Each elbow comes standard with a 7" tangent arm (straight pipe off of the elbow). Please e-mail me at: Zushi@hotmail.com if you have any questions or concerns. Prices on each type, style, and size of elbows will vary accordingly to whatever options you choose for it. For a reference price I calculated the price for one (1) 2.5" Outer diameter, 16 gauge 304 stainless steel 90 degree bend with a 4.5" on-center radius. The price came to: $24. For some more reference the price of a 2.25" outer diameter bend is: $21 and for a 3" outer diameter; $28. These are the prices for one (1) bend. The elbows in the photo are 2.25" outer diameter 16 gauge aluminum elbows. The 90 degree bend for one of these is: $16. Once again, please e-mail me or PM me if you need anything. To help you more efficiently I would need the diameter you want, the gauge of wall thickness, the type of material (aluminum, stainless or carbon steel), the degree of bend and the on-center radius.
