I have owned this car for almost 2 years. I blew the engine up on the way to my g/f's place. So my friend told me about JDM engines and that I should check them out. That’s what I did so I went online and I bought a JDM engine with 41,000 miles on it. Played like hell to get the car to run just to find out that the transmission is bad. I'm so sick of dealing with the car so I just want to part it out. The car is black with gray and black interior. EVERYTHING MUST GO ON THIS CAR!!! Its winter time and I have already bought a new car and this car is just taken up space.

thats what the casting number on the side of the block says! And i called the nissan dealer and gave them the casting number on the side of the block and they confirmed that its an engine from japan because US casting numbers have more numbers then what are on the side of this block.. I will be glad to take a picture of the engine. Cant really get all the casting number for the manifold is in the way.. but i believe they used the ka24e in cars/trucks in japan just not in the 240sx over there. I'm not a diehard 240 person.. don't know to much about this stuff. I bought the car as a daily driver not a project car and wanted to fix it so it could be my daily driver
