No PS pump or lines.
Yes, supposedly replaced about a year ago but I have yet to take it out and look at it. Shoot me an offer

Same KA (just different years) so the knock sensor will fit.
There are misc pieces off the head that are missing so sending the head would be kind of pointless. Just looking out for your best interest.
