ok its auto but for the price (3500) u can get a manual tranny and convert the biitch urself. heres info on the car from him.

i have to get rid of my S14. too many cars and too little money to keep them all, so here is the rundown of the car and what i have done to it.
1995 240sx SE
KA24DE engine, auto trans, OBD1 computer, no lsd, power everything, 120K miles, non smoker, new paint, new interior, SE rims, 5 lug, oil change every 2000, trans and diff service every 4000...
engine:
custom 3" intake w/ K&N filter, 1991 cams and shims, Hotshot header, Apexi N1 3" catback, NGK 270R plugs, STI wires, Summit trunk mounted Interstate battery, OEM nissan alternator, OEM nissan fan clutch, OEM Nissan waterpump, Nismo 160* t stat, BOSCH high output fuel pump, 300zx fuel filter, full tuneup.
suspension:
KYB GR2 struts, Progress Group springs (lowered appx: 1.5-1.8 inches), Cusco OS front STB, Moog tie rod endlinks, tension rod bushings, new OEM nissan upper strut mounts, fresh allignment
interior:
totally stripped and re installed black interior, Corbeau Forza racing bucket seats, Corbeau 4 point harnesses, carbon fiber dash kit, JDM Silvia gauges and cluster, MOMO competition steering wheel and hub, JVC radio, new black interior panels, new black carpet, black headliner, multiple weight reduction mods (removed airbags, removed sound deadener, no rear seats, no rear speakers/amps, stripped trunk)
exterior:
JUST PAINTED NISSAN SUPER BLACK in 04/04, new OEM nissan front bumper, SE front lip, SE rear spoiler, shaved 3rd brake light, VIS racing OEM carbon hood, Sparco hoodpins (x2 silver), Silvia front badge, s2000 antenna, Navan grill
I'm ASKING (GIVE ME AN OFFER!) $6,000... the car is in awesome shape. only things wrong with the car are that the lock cylinders have been drilled out due to attempts to steal my car. i will give an AUTOLOCK alarm to whoever buys the car. i'll have pics of the car up soon (no digicam). the car has never been to the track at all or drifted (it's an auto, cant do that stuff), very well maintained daily driver to get from school to work and home. I WILL NOT PART THE CAR OUT. i probably missed some stuff so feel free so reply here or send me an email. a couple of the guys/girls on here have seen it, they can tell you that the car is mint. thanks!

how negotialbe is that price? w/ the mods it is worth that much, but i dont have that much to spend haha
