there is no such brand as "ebay", so to ask about the quality of the parts is pointless. while a large percentage of items sold on ebay are mass produced chinese garbage, there are some sellers who sell genuine products. as a rule i don't buy anything new from a seller that only sells on ebay. if he/she has his or her own site and also sells on ebay more likely than not then the items are of decent quality.

if what you want is used then there is no guaranty off anything. even if you buy the real deal but the product was damaged then brand names don't mean anything.

I have an ebay exhaust and it's ok, great for the price, but its just a tube. Seems like the more complex parts an item has the more you shoud buy it from a respectable vendor.

dont by any internal parts off ebay
a buddy of mine bought "craine" rb20 rods for his motor build up
15 pounds to the motor and the rods were shot
had to get a new rb20 block

its always "buyer beware" with ebay parts

To be honest, Ebay is one of the greatest sources for RB swapped people in the US, Alot of my parts have come from there, my gasket kit, my wiring harness, etc.

Its really a great resource, I so far have had 100% luck with ebay and about 80% luck with forums and 99.9999% luck with retailers,

The nice thing about ebay is that if they have the item up for sale, it means it actually exists, alot of parts websites sell parts for RB25's such as the timing tensioners, idler pulleys and timing belts, and they are out of stock.
