can we stop them from automatically being created in the General section.. it is creating a redundant cluster fu*k

I can see where they would help though, if a person searches for something it will give them a link to where they can find it in the Wiki.

They are only created if someone clicks the "discussion" link. So in theory, they only create if someone wants to discuss them.
