what kind of 240SX do you have?
is it an S13, S14 or an S15? is it a coupe, convertible or a hatchback? Did you change your headlight into a 180SX Silvia or S15 Silvia? What color is your car? is it a stock or in the process of puting stuff on car? these questions are just some basic questions. maybe you can tell us all about your car from exterior to interior? just to fill up this thread with information about each members that own different 240SX. by the way, i just want to bring this up, has anyone seen the Super Street: september 2003 edition, containing all about 240SX's and S15 Silvia and convertions? anyways feel free to post a message! thanx in advace :thumb: |

Car: 89 240sx FB Engine: Currently doing RB20 swap (been doing it forever!) Will run stock boost for awhile, run a cheapo filter Exhaust: Blitz Nur spec exhaust Shoes & brakes: Stock , stock for now Color: Black/champange (champange driver side door and hatch) Suspension: Tein HA/HE coilovers (dont know which one i want), Tein tie rod and rod ends, MAYBE JIC strut bars (my friend has a hook up) Interior: Almost all stock, dunno wut seat belt harness ima get, getting a nardi steering wheel/hub and sum racin seats later in the year Thats pretty much it..im in the process of doing a lot of wut i wrote. |

engine: stocker KA24E (no mods) suspension: stock (future plans include sway bars, strut bars, kyb agx's, and eibach or whiteline springs) brakes: stock wheels: steelies (yeah, baybeeee!!:D ) color: dark blue w/blue grey interior (+ whatever color the new hatch will be :p ) interior: all stock and all pretty f'd up |

engine - ka24de twin cam 16 valve wheels - 205/60 R 15 (stock rollin on blackies) - 4 lug hubs brakes - stock (soon drill/slotted) interior - obx short shift - 3 different shift knobs in glove box (changes depending on mood :D) - razo wide mirror and pedals - red dash lights including signal arrows :thumb: - red map light - hyperwhite dome light - kenwood MP522 mp3/sirius sattelite ready - 6.5s in door and in back - front - infinity 2 ways - rear - pioneer 3 ways - 2 12" rockfords w/600 watt something amp exterior - 'silvia blue' factory paint - 1995 se front lip - all red tail lights - running 'wedge' hyperwhites inside blinkers - amber (soon yellow) corner bulbs - hyperwhite (soon yellow) headlights - clear side markers w/hyperwhite wedge bulbs - yellow licence plate lights - yellow blinkers mods - sprint lowering springs (1.8" drop all corners) - short ram intake - ACT 6-puck w/heavy duty pressure plate - (10-30-03) HKS hi-power exhaust w/2.5" piping future - repaint same color - something that looks like the bomex spoiler - some not-so-flashy sideskirts.. maybe the sideskirts from a 97-98 240sx - 97-98 tail lights - oem fog lights - all 4.. or at least 3 strut bars - konig 'holes' 17" or 18" or 17" or 18" tenzoR passion 5 has to be gun metal w/silver lip - cold air intake - B&M short shift because i heard thats the shiet - swap out steering wheel - maybe some racing seats w/4 point harness - and gotta get the limo tint yeap.. my car is in the process of getting more power and a little more looks.. im not into all that 'go hella fast and crash' type of ish.. no headlight conversion.. keep it look relatively stock.. as of now.. my car looks hella sleeper :D *pics in registry up @ top of page.. look for me.. ixcocoyxi .. you'll see more detailed info on my ride* |

Car-> 1989 240SX FB Color-> White, or bird sh*t white as my friends call it Engine-> KA24E (bone stock, planning to do a swap or go KA-T in the near future) Suspension/Brakes-> Ebay special strut bars, KYB AGX's & Eibach sportline springs (laying on the garage floor, no time to install :( ), Z32 front brake calipers (still need brake lines and rotors), a set of slotted brembos in the rear w/PBR pads, SPL adj. t/c rods...future plans: full coilover setup, tein tie rods/ends, sway bars, blah blah blah.... Exhaust-> Bone stock, definitely need something better soon Wheels-> Set of teardrops and a set of 7 spoke SE's for now Interior-> Have a set of S14 seats at a friend's house, sabelt 4pt. harness, razo pedals, everything else is stock |
93 SE Hicas 240sx, black on grey, and i'm definately not gonna list my mods because I couldn't name them all even though I don't have as many as ixcocoyxi. Just basic bolt on's, suspension, and AUDIO, i'm big into audio, alarm, etc.

Exhaust: 3" downpipe/3" ss testpipe, 3"apexi n1 single color: ashy.. supposed to be primer black Wheels: s14 se wheels Interior:s14 se seats front and rear, spin turn knob, apexi boost gauge, carbon fiber shift knob, carbon fiber gauge overlay, hks turbo timer Brakes:300zx w/ brembo brakes drilled and slotted, rear s14 rotors stock calipers with performance pad, and stainless brakes lines Suspension: Jamex lowering springs, whitline urethane bushing, project silvia pillowbal control arms.. blown struts :( and other crap that i dont remember |
I should get the car back with the SR by November 11th. I probably won't drive it because it needs tires and some other things before I "should" drive it again, to be safe. Just need some more money :o Oh, and I need an aftermarket tachometer or 91+ instrument cluster because my original 1990 tach won't work. :(

Thanks. I'll say upfront it's no show car, it needs work :p The interior is great for it's age but I need to fix some of the body damage (very minor), get rid of the old school pin striping and get a paint job. I think by April it should be completed (all out of $$ right now haha).

I just didn't know how this message board was :p Didn't want to list those mods and have everyone expecting a car they'd see in a magazine :) Congratulations on getting your 240.
