I recently sold a prelude because the car wasnt as fun as it used to be and being fwd it sucked, the only good thing about it was the 4ws. Now that its gone I have been looking for a 240. Id like to basically do a front clip swap from a s14 to have a sr20det and make it rhd if Im correct. There is a 240 up the street Im most likely going to buy in the next week or two. Its a 97 240sxse red with black interior, 2.4 auto. The body is clean as heck except the front bumper needs some sanding and re shot but thats simple and cheap. The motor and shifting is super sweet, suspension and braking is top notch for "stock". I have alot of plans for the car but I just need to get it first.

hey guys this is my new screen name, i havent posted in a while i never bought that car, the dealer wanted to much and it was well fwd and auto :/

anyhow i had been looking for an older 240 and found one. its white 90' some front end damange but thats cool cause i would replace it anyway with a better kit. the interior is black/ sunroof/ and best of all rear wheel drive 5 speed!

im picking it up on the 19th its only 10 days away but im pretty excited about the car and plans (Sr20det) with some upgrades to it. ill make a new thread so this thread can be dismissed

I can't believe nobody corrected him yet. I saw on an evo forum where a bunch of guys were bashing 240s and even said the s14 models were front wheel drive.

Yes that car is auto but it is REAR WHEEL DRIVE.

 

How did you come to believe that there was one super rare fwd 240 in the world and if it was you shoulda picked it up it would be worth alot to Nissan for finding a rare 240 that somhow got out of the factory with fwd. Its like a misprinted baseball card. To the right persons its worth a wad of dough.
