Thumbs up First STOP.

Well, I having newly signed-on to this forum, I guess this is the first logical stop for a first post.

Have had my 1990 240SX now for, oh...6 years now. Bought it in 97 as a college car. Back then, I just needed something reliable and the 240 fit the bill. Never realized exactly how reliable it is. I bought it at 111,000 miles. Today, I'm knocking on 225,000 miles!

The 240 is my daily driver and I take it everywhere--on the weekdays anyways. For weekends, well, I have a special toy for that.

Anyways, don't really know much about the 240SX's apart that they are great cars to throw around. Extremely nimble! Haven't done anything as far as mods are concerned but I'm looking forward to learning.

BTW, judging from the gallery, all of you have really NICE cars!

Surprisingly enough, not much. Nothing worth remembering anyway. One time I was going up a mountain and halfway through I had to pull over because my radiator cracked. Had to have it towed uphill.

I love the reliability of the 240sx. I'm pretty religious about changing the oil every 3 months and making sure fluid levels are up to par. Little things like that I think helped with the car's longevity.
