A Fresh Face?
A Fresh Face?
Yep.
I'm Jake, as you can tell I take on the alias "jaykemurd" online. I'm a member of many forums, ranging from audio engineering to car enthusiasts.
I'm a musician by trade, but work at a "wonderful" little company called GEEK SQUAD (for the money). I'm a gear head, a motor head, even a tech head. I'm not really proud of that, it's just me.
What brings me here?
I'm actually somewhat of a convert. At heart I'm a muscle car enthusiast, but there are a few exceptions; eg: the 240SX. Mostly "higher-performance" imports. Not a big fan of the Civics with sitckers and a 200 dollar air intake. Nothing personal, just not my bag.
Right now I'm driving an 85 Cadillac Eldorado (go ahead, laugh at me). It's just barely getting me from point A to point B. So of course, I'm in market for a new car. I've been researching this for quite a while now. The 240SX is a VERY VERY strong candidate. I love customizing or what I call "individualizing" a car, or most things for that matter. I like making what's mine REALLY mine. Plus I like to drive fast.
Glad to be here, hope to pick up some useful info!
