hmm.... the impact gun sounds like it should work. Did you use locktight on that sucker for some reason?

Otherwise put a vote in for torch.

dude an impact gun wont break the bolt if youre trying to get it off...now putting it on with the impact is another story... the bolts on the right hand side of the front brakes have 2 different heads because i broke one of the bolts in the caliper... anyway, do this. Get a 1/2" drive breaker bar, like 2 feet long, the right 6 point socket (its important you get a 6 point), a hammer, this stuff called silikroil (best penetrant ive ever used) also royal purple makes a good spray oil. If the breaker bar doesnt get it, you might as well burn the bolt out.
