Good times
WOW, like no offense to you Jake because you seem really cool, but like I wish my parents would just buy me a S14. Even my first car (my S13) I paid for on my own. I've always had at least 1 job since I was 14. Yeah sometimes it sucks, but you really learn how to deal with idiots and it's nice getting that check at the end of the week.
I think this was a thread at one point but oh well,
I'm a 3rd year Chem Enginneer student at Drexel. I'm in the 5 year program so I still have 2 years to go...
. However the perk is that currently I'm on internship which pays pretty well considering how little work they expect of me.
I also have worked at the Home Depot for the past 2 years plus. However this coming Sat. is my last weekend there. SCORE!! No more working 6 days a week!! I'm quitting not because of the pay $11/hr, rather because since I've saved up enough money from my previous internship and this one, I don't really have to work there anymore like I used to. Hopefully I won't ever have to get another part time job!!-my goal. I really feel that this will help me to do better when I'm in school and it also gives me more time to work on my cars.

My parents gave me a loan to pick up my Zenki after they saw me pour my heart, blood, and tears out fixing up a piece of crap Hachiroku. I made about $200 when I sold the thing though~ lol. Rite now I'm a quality technician for a biopharm corporation... currently looking for a new job in finance though. it's nice getting a paycheck, but it's f'in depressing when you live in one of the most expensive cities to live in... damn you Beantown.
